Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create a Trigonlet account. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must give permission. Do not use a username that reveals sensitive personal information or impersonates someone else.
Platform accounts
Linked accounts use the platform server, while usernames, badges, profiles, and Token totals appear in gameplay and community features. Keep your password private and do not use personal information in your username. You are responsible for activity in your account. Trigonlet may set reasonable limits to protect the service and fair gameplay.
Virtual items
Tokens, capsules, Trigons, scores, and other game items are virtual playtest content. They are not money, cannot be redeemed for cash, and have no guaranteed real-world value. These items are earned in the game. Trigon Pro, when purchases are enabled, is a recurring subscription at $12.99 AUD per month. Cancel anytime through subscription management; paid access remains until the paid period ends, and legitimately earned Trigons remain in your collection.
Community conduct
Be respectful. Do not bully, threaten, harass, sexually exploit, discriminate against, impersonate, scam, or deliberately expose another person's private information. Do not post hateful, sexually explicit, violent, illegal, or personally identifying content. Public chat is moderated, but players should still report anything concerning and stop interacting with the sender.
Acceptable use
Do not attack the site, automate abusive requests, cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate rewards, interfere with other users, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, or evade a suspension. Trigonlet must not be used as a proxy, VPN, URL-unblocking service, filter-bypass tool, file-sharing service, or method of reaching other blocked sites.
Cheating, exploits, and bug abuse
Do not use scripts, bots, modified clients, developer tools, request tampering, or third-party software to bypass game restrictions or gain an unfair advantage. This includes duplicating Trigons, generating or manipulating Tokens, bypassing daily limits or cooldowns, rigging pack or wheel rewards, abusing trade or auction transactions, and accessing another account without permission.
If you discover a bug, stop using it and report it through Reports. Do not repeatedly test it against live players, share instructions that enable abuse, sell access to it, or help others exploit it. Accidentally encountering a bug is different from knowingly repeating or distributing it. Knowingly receiving or moving exploited items to hide their origin may also lead to enforcement.
Serious or repeated rule violations
Serious violations include account theft, scams, targeted harassment, threats, exposing private information, attacks on the service, deliberate exploitation, and repeated attempts to evade moderation. Depending on the evidence, severity, impact, and previous violations, consequences may include content removal, a chat mute, restrictions on trading or auctions, removal of rewards obtained through abuse, temporary suspension, or permanent loss of account access. A serious violation may lead directly to permanent suspension without an earlier warning.
Permanent suspension and account deletion
Permanent suspension means the account cannot return to normal gameplay unless an appeal is accepted. For serious or repeated abuse, Trigonlet also reserves the right to close and permanently delete an account following review. Account deletion is a separate action from suspension and may permanently remove access to the username, Tokens, Trigons, collection, badges, and other saved progress. Deleted progress may not be recoverable. Moving items to another account does not protect rewards obtained through abuse.
Enforcement should target accounts involved in the violation and consider available evidence; a report alone does not establish wrongdoing. Relevant moderation, security, and transaction records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy, even after account closure. These terms do not remove any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
VPNs, proxies, and ban evasion
Do not use a VPN, proxy, Tor connection, a different network, alternate accounts, or another person's account to evade a suspension, chat restriction, rate limit, or other security measure. Using a VPN does not make prohibited activity acceptable or cancel an account ban. Creating replacement accounts or helping a banned player return to restricted features may lead to action against the accounts involved, including permanent suspension or closure.
Where network blocking is available, connections used for abuse may be restricted, including VPN or proxy exit addresses. This is an enforcement policy, not a promise that every VPN can be detected or automatically blocked. VPN use by itself, or sharing an IP address with another player, does not prove cheating or ban evasion. If a shared network restriction affects you by mistake, contact us through Reports rather than attempting to bypass it.
Appeals and review
If you believe enforcement was a mistake, explain what happened and provide relevant details through the suspension appeal form or Reports. Suspended accounts may have one open appeal at a time. Do not submit threats, spam, fabricated evidence, or repeated duplicate appeals. Review does not guarantee reinstatement, and submitting an appeal does not lift a restriction while it is being reviewed.
Availability and saved progress
This is a playtest. Features, balancing, and availability may change. Original unlinked saves can be lost if browser data is cleared. Link from the original browser and keep the original save while migration is reviewed. Linked progress is stored on the server. Trigonlet is provided without a promise that it will always be available or error-free.
Moderation and enforcement
Trigonlet may remove content, restrict chat, issue warnings, suspend or close accounts, reverse rewards obtained through abuse, and preserve relevant evidence when reasonably necessary to protect players or the service. Reports are reviewed; submitting a report does not automatically punish another player. A suspended player may submit one open appeal for administrator review. Knowingly false or abusive reports or appeals may themselves lead to action.
No guarantee and changes
Trigonlet is provided on an “as available” basis. Features, game balance, content, and these terms may change. Material policy updates will use a new updated date. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
